'Natural gas is mainly METHANE (CH₄). It is the CLEANEST fossil fuel because it produces less pollution when burned.'

Advantages of Natural Gas

  1. Clean burning: Produces CO₂ and water vapour — no smoke or sulphur.
  2. High calorific value: Excellent fuel efficiency.
  3. Easy to transport: Through pipelines.
  4. Versatile: Used for cooking, heating, electricity generation, and vehicles.

CNG — Compressed Natural Gas

'CNG is natural gas compressed to a very HIGH pressure. It is used as a vehicle fuel.'
