How toppers play this section
Physiology is worth more than its ten questions, because the reasoning it teaches is what makes Medicine answerable. Cardiovascular, renal and nerve-muscle physiology dominate both the direct questions and the indirect ones. Work in curves and pressures rather than isolated values: knowing what shifts a curve and why explains the acid-base question, the shock question and the ventilation question in one move.
