How toppers play this section
GK is the one XAT section that plays no role in your percentile at all, sat in a separately-timed, one-way 10-minute Part 2 block — but zero negative marking means every question should still be attempted, and XLRI along with other XAMI schools do factor GK performance into GD-PI shortlisting. Static GK (durable facts — polity, geography, history, science, culture) rewards spaced, category-based revision built over months. Current Affairs is the one sub-topic no textbook can responsibly pre-load with specific facts, since anything stated today will likely be outdated by exam day — track it via a consistent habit and a running monthly summary instead. Business & Economy splits into durable terms and institutions (worth memorising cold) and current figures (which belong in the same live-tracking discipline as Current Affairs).

Built to the XAT blueprint — notes, shortcuts, solved PYQ-style examples and practice in every chapter.
